• Contact form submissions are retained for up to two years for business correspondence purposes and then securely deleted.
• Comments and their metadata are retained indefinitely so that follow-up comments can be recognized and approved automatically.
• Registered user profiles are retained until the user requests deletion.
• Google Analytics data is retained for 26 months in accordance with our GA4 configuration.

Your Rights Over Your Data

If you have submitted a contact form, left a comment, or have an account on this site, you have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your personal data, subject to any legal obligations we may have to retain it
• Withdraw consent for data processing where consent was the basis for collection
